About Mount Lemmon
Mount Lemmon is a short 45-minute drive up from the base of the mountain and offers a much cooler climate in the summer and snow in the winter. There are mostly cabins and a small town center that offer some boutique restaurants and of course the ski area. On the way up the scenic drive, you can stop off at Rose Canyon lake where fishing and camping are allowed. The views are spectacular and breathtaking so on your first trip pack a light lunch and take your time to enjoy the views.
Activities and attractions
Hiking and Nature Trails: Explore the numerous hiking and nature trails in the area. Some popular trails include the Butterfly Trail, Aspen Trail, and Marshall Gulch Trail.
